Commisson Terms of Service

All commissions are up to my discretion and I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

  • I will draw: Humans, animals, furries/anthro, OC's, DND characters, mild blood/violence, minor mech/robotics, PG 13 suggestive content, custom character design.

  • I will NOT draw: NSFW, nudity, fetish, extreme gore, large mechanics/robotics, large machinery or vehicles.

  • I do NOT offer logos or other graphic design.

  • If you would like to commission me for something as commercial use, including Vtuber related art, art to be put onto other products and sold etc. (anything you will make money off of) please contact me first as there will be extra fees.

  • Commissions with extra complex or intricate details will be subject to extra charges at my discretion and you will be notified.

  • Payment is through PayPal in Canadian Dollars (CAD).  You will be sent an invoice to the email you provided. You are required to pay 100% upfront before I will start working on the order.

  • 20% of the price will always be kept as a non-refundable deposit and any cancellations or refunds will be at my discretion. You will receive up to 80% back as determined by me and how much work has already been done.

  • Thumbnails will be sent for your approval before work on the final piece.

  • The final piece will be allowed one minor revision so please ensure accuracy in the initial sketch phase and reference images sent.

  • You will be sent a hi-res version of the final image once it is complete. You may share the finished artwork on your own social media however you must tag me (@shatrixx_art) as the artist. The artwork is for personal use only, no commercial use is allowed unless agreed upon beforehand.

  • You may not alter the image and/or crop or remove my watermark and signature.

  • Turnaround times quoted are an estimate. If it will take longer, I will let you know in advance. Please feel free to reach out any time to ask about the progress of your commission!

  • I typically share the finished piece on social media and in my portfolio however if you would like the piece to be private and not posted, please let me know. I will always ask either way and confirm if you would like to be tagged or not as well.
